In Sophomore year, students spend one semester on each side, respectively. They use their time during Sophomore year doing guided projects that help them understand the basics of the programs used and the concepts of each field. Junior year consists primarily of learning the basic skills necessary for the field. Students learn how to use a variety of programs and skills. Students will be given a list of assignments that pertain to a certain skill and program. As the year goes on and students know how to work and run programs by themselves, students may have the ability to design things with in limitations freely. Senior year consist of the enhancement of professional skills and the different aspects of the architecture field. Students are immersed into the world of architecture and study anything from Landscape Architecture to Interior design. Students also have an opportunity to gain experience in the field they wish by working on job sites through internships and jobs. This is possible due to Tantasqua’s co-op Program.
