During Sophomore year, students spend one semester in each branch of the CAD program, respectively. In Junior year, students are given some structured projects that teach them the essentials of engineering and the various programs they'll be using. Senior year is when the class truly shines. Students are given very few structured projects. Instead, they spend most of their time on personal projects. Whether it be designing a new tool, part or 3D Invention, students are given the resources required to become innovators for the future. They will gain an understanding of the opportunities this class will provide them with and the challenges they will face in life. Seniors have the unique opportunity to gain hands on experience through internships. This is possible due to Tantasqua’s co-op program.
